How Does the Certification Process Work?

Both ISPO and VLHH follow the same general workflow — from application to certificate issuance.

Submit Application

Contact AISI via WhatsApp or email; complete initial required documents

Audit Team Assignment

AISI appoints Lead Auditor and team matching the scope; work plan sent to Auditee

Verification & Audit

Document audit and field verification conducted by AISI-certified auditors

Corrective Actions

Auditee submits evidence of corrective actions within the specified deadline

Certificate Issuance

Certification decision made and certificate issued; report published officially
