AISI is committed to handling every complaint and appeal professionally, objectively, and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable procedures.

Filing a Complaint

A complaint may be filed by any party who feels aggrieved by a decision or the certification process of AISI. Complaints must be accompanied by relevant supporting evidence.

Filing an Appeal

An appeal may be filed by an applicant or certificate holder who disagrees with a certification decision. Appeals must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving the decision.

Handling Process

Receipt of Complaint / Appeal
AISI receives and records the complaint/appeal along with any supporting evidence submitted

Confirmation & Acknowledgement
Acknowledgement of receipt is sent to the reporting party within 2 working days

Investigation & Review
AISI's independent team conducts an objective review of the submitted complaint/appeal
4
Decision & Notification
The final decision is communicated to the reporting party within a maximum of 30 working days after receipt
