AISI is committed to handling every complaint and appeal professionally, objectively, and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable procedures.
A complaint may be filed by any party who feels aggrieved by a decision or the certification process of AISI. Complaints must be accompanied by relevant supporting evidence.
An appeal may be filed by an applicant or certificate holder who disagrees with a certification decision. Appeals must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving the decision.
